Refund Policy

Overview
AlignHeart sells digital subscriptions and event registrations — not physical retail goods. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Free tier
The Clarity tier (assessment, axis report, and limited coaching messages) is free. No payment is collected and no refund applies.
Subscriptions (Aligned / Aligned Premium)
When recurring billing is enabled: you may cancel anytime from account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Unless required by law or stated in a promotional offer, monthly fees already charged are non-refundable for partial months.
If we materially fail to provide the subscribed service for an extended period, contact us for a pro-rata credit or refund review.
Event tickets and workshops
Event registrations on /events may be free (waitlist/reservation) or paid when payments are active.
Paid events: full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the event start time; 50% refund if you cancel 3–6 days before; no refund within 72 hours of start except where law requires otherwise or we cancel the event.
If AlignHeart cancels an event, you receive a full refund to the original payment method or event credit at your choice.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Contact us first at support — we resolve billing issues faster than card network disputes.
Filing a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension pending investigation.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email, order or event confirmation ID, and reason for the request. We respond within 3–5 business days.
