Digital delivery (primary)
AlignHeart is a digital wellness platform. Core products — assessments, compatibility dashboards, AI coaching, and account features — are delivered electronically through your browser or mobile app immediately after sign-up or purchase.
No physical shipment is required for standard subscription access.
Event access
Workshop and retreat registrations include digital confirmation email with reservation details and QR check-in codes at /events/[slug]/confirmation.
In-person events: venue address and arrival instructions are sent before the event date. You are responsible for your own travel unless a specific retreat package states otherwise.
Physical materials (if offered)
Occasional merchandise or printed materials may be offered at events or as promotions. When physical goods ship, we use standard carriers within the continental United States.
Estimated delivery windows and any shipping fees will be shown at checkout before you pay. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery scan unless otherwise required by law.
Delivery issues
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of registration, check spam folders and verify your account email. Still missing? Contact [email protected] with your name and event or order reference.
International users
Digital services may be accessed globally where not prohibited by law. Event locations are listed per event; currency and tax handling follow checkout disclosure when payments are active.
